Our beach house is a perfect family vacation spot!  Walking distance to the town of Lewes (0.9 miles),    1.6 miles from Lewes beach, and 2.8 miles to the Cape Henlopen State Park.  Many outside spots for recreation: the front porch is a great spot on rainy days, and the fenced-in back yard is perfect if you plan to bring a dog.  (Yes, we are dog friendly!)  The outdoor shower is a must for any beach house, and another cozy spot is the back patio, complete with a gas grill for your use (traditional charcoal grill available as well).

3 bedrooms -- sleep 6 easily.  Master bedroom with queen-size bed, extra bedroom with queen-size bed, and small bedroom with two twins -- plus a sleeper sofa, if needed.  (Linens will not be provided.)

Entire house has hardwood floors, which makes for easy beach living.  Window air conditioners through-out, or open the windows and enjoy the beach air with living room and bedroom ceiling fans.

 

RISE Fitness, Lewes Cycle, Mr. P's Wood-Fired Pizzeria, and Hing Wang Chinese restaurant only 0.1 miles away.  Tanger tax-free outlets only 4.5 miles away.

 

 

Saturday to Saturday rentals, $1,000.00/week, July and August.  $500.00 deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable).  Security deposit ($500.00) returned within 5 business days, barring any issues.  No application or town of Lewes fees.  If you're planning a longer stay, the second week will be 20% less ($800.00).
